3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use our Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account using Google OAuth authentication. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security

5. Service Description

Teotlin is an AI-powered educational platform that provides:

Personalized mathematical learning content and video explanations
Chat-based interface for asking questions
Document and image upload for context-aware assistance
Multiple depth levels for content generation
Chat history and conversation management

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

6. Subscription Plans and Payments

6.1 Free, Personal and Pro Plans

We offer both free and paid subscription plans ("Pro", "Pro"). The features, limitations, and pricing of each plan are described on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

6.2 Billing

Personal and Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly)
Payment is due at the start of each billing period
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated otherwise
We use third-party payment processors and do not store your payment card information
You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred

6.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your Personal or Pro subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

You will retain access to Personal or Pro features until the end of your current billing period
No refund will be provided for partial billing periods
Your account will automatically revert to the free plan at the end of the billing period

6.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing. We will provide you with reasonable notice of any price changes, and the changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
Engage in any automated use of the system (scraping, bots, etc.) without permission
Impersonate any person or entity
Share or resell access to the Service without authorization
Use the Service to generate or distribute inappropriate content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of this Acceptable Use Policy.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Our Content

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by ИП НҰРМҰХАМЕТ ДАНИЯР ЕРЛАНҰЛЫ and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Your Content

8.3 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI in response to your queries is provided for your personal, educational use. You may use this content for learning purposes, but you acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors and should not be solely relied upon for critical decisions.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations

10.1 Educational Purpose

The Service is designed for educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should verify important information from authoritative sources.

10.2 No Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ИП НҰРМҰХАМЕТ ДАНИЯР ЕРЛАНҰЛЫ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, we will delete your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Ust-Kamenogorsk, Republic of Kazakhstan.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Service.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15.3 Waiver

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
